A unique and very personal experience, set in Carl’s own kitchen. I learned to make Carl’s award winning steak and kidney pie plus two starters and a fabulous dessert. Having cooked them, we ate all the courses with matching wines and were able to discuss the flavours with Carl. I can thoroughly recommend this experience and will be back to try a different menu.
